The X Games are an annual multi-sport event with a focus on action sports. The X Games air live on ESPN and ABC, and are broken into seasons: the Winter X Games, held in January or February, and the X Games, usually held in August. The Winter X Games home is in Aspen/Snowmass, Colorado through 2010 (Winter X Games 14) and the X Games home is in Los Angeles through 2009 (X Games 15).
X Games also has international competitions and demos around the world that are held at varying times throughout the year.
